Pre-workshop Preparation

We’ll start by gathering all the necessary information including brand background, industry insights, target audience profiles, and desired brand perception. Plus, we’ll also review any existing marketing materials and conduct a gap analysis to identify areas of improvement or refinement. Then, we’ll jump on a quick call to align on workshop objectives, duration, and format.

Brand Analysis and Assessment

Once the introduction is completed, we’ll conduct a brand analysis exercise to identify the brand’s competitive advantages, key strengths, and differentiators. Later, a SWOT analysis will done to identify internal strengths and weaknesses as well as external opportunities and threats.

Customer Research

We’ll present the target customer profiles to the stakeholders and conduct exercises to gain deeper insights into their demographics, psychographics, needs, pain points, and goals.
On top of that, we’ll also analyze the customer research data to identify common patterns, trends, and customer preferences.

Positioning Strategy Development

Based on the brand analysis and customer research, we’ll facilitate exercises to define a unique positioning strategy for the brand. We will always encourage participants to brainstorm and articulate the brand’s value proposition, positioning statement, and brand promise. Then, we’ll validate and refine the positioning strategy through discussions, feedback, and group consensus.

Messaging Framework Creation

We’ll move forward with exercises to develop key messaging pillars and core messaging elements that is aligned with the positioning strategy.

Workshop Conclusion

At the end of the workshop, we’ll summarize the key findings, positioning strategy, and messaging framework developed during the workshop. Plus, we’ll also provide participants with a clear action plan for implementing the positioning and messaging in their marketing efforts.
